This office was formerly part of the Ilkeston Co-op Funeral Service. During 2009 the office moved to the next door premises and underwent a total restoration, offering two chapels of rest, a private arranging office, and a separate waiting area for families. Our Spondon office covers Spondon and the surrounding areas including Borrowash, Ockbrook, Draycott, Findern, Alvaston, Normanton, Sinfin, Chaddesden and beyond. A.W. One of our qualified staff is ready to talk with you at any time We are available to discuss your own personal requirements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our network of 27 Offices serving Nottinghamshire and South Derbyshire.

This is the fee for our funeral director services, support, and co-ordination:
| Taking care of all necessary legal & administrative arrangements | £1,150.00 |
| Collection of the deceased from the place of death (up to 15 miles) into the funeral director's care | £350.00 |
| Care of the deceased whilst with the director | £150.00 |
| Providing a suitable coffin (basic) | £499.00 |
| Viewing of the deceased for friends and family | £150.00 |
| Taking the deceased to the agreed cemetery/crematorium in a hearse or other appropriate vehicle | £350.00 |
| Additional Mileage (price per mile) | £1.00 |
| Collection and delivery of ashes | £50.00 |
| Embalming | £200.00 |
| Additional transfers of the deceased person’s body (e.g., to their home,to a place of worship etc.) (price per transfer) | £250.00 |
| Burial (funeral director's fees only) | £1,750.00 |
| Cremation (funeral director's fees only) | £1,752.00 |
| For an Attended or Un attended burial, the burial fee | £5,327.00 |
