With many of the well known funeral directing companies now owned by much large corporate companies Hickton Family Funeral Directors, is now only one of a small handful of family owned funeral business. Where the funeral home is located on the Penn Road, there is a row of four funeral directors with ours being the only family owned. In early 2018 the entire premises was renovated, and re decorated. We have a private family room, a private viewing room, reception area, private offices upstairs and a full mortuary facility. The funeral home used to be called Edward John Funerals, however the Hickton family took over in 2018. Although we are located on the Penn Road, we conduct funerals across Wolverhampton and also in the surrounding villages and areas.
